"Absolutely thrilled with my stay at The Archway. Spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. Tall ceilings, spacious open floor plan. Numerous amenities. Plenty of towels. Quiet, safe and comfortable. Location was great.. in a very convenient area in the heart of Fishtown. The water is filtered which was very nice as we didn’t need to buy bottled. "I didn't enjoy my stay at this hotel and wouldn't return. As soon as I entered my room and turned on the bathroom sink, I noticed it was stopped up and wouldn't drain. "The room was clean and had a lovely view of the Delaware River and the Ben Franklin Bridge… awesome with the lights all along the river! The complimentary breakfast surpassed our expectations… lots of choices and fresh! The only thing I would’ve appreciated would’ve been ingredient labels on the food such as the sausage and biscuit gravy, as I cannot have MSG. I just avoided those items. The water pressure was great and the water was nice and warm in the shower."

On the third day, I called several time to front desk, they told me the room will be cleaned until later in the day when I called and they said those cleaning are gone. The same thing was done to my friend that we lodged together in the same hotel. All the trash, towel etc were left dirty in the room for four days."
