"We were so disappointed with our experience at this property. The room shown in the listing was not the room we received. We were initially placed on the bottom floor with no ocean view at all. After complaining, we were moved up one floor, but it still was not the unit pictured in the photos, which clearly showed an end unit.
To make matters worse, after checkout our deposit was never returned, even after multiple phone calls and being told the funds would be released.
It’s unfortunate...
