"Either the keys or the lock was not functioning properly. I had to go to the front desk and changed our keys twice in our three day stay. The pillows are not supporting my head and my neck ached in the morning. We had a towel instead of a blanket. My daughter had only half of her room fixed."

They take your damage deposit and then claim you’ve damaged something in their apartment (which there’s many things wrong) then they’ll say you did it, and not refund your money. You speak to woman in some other country with roosters crowing and other load noises going on. Plus they don’t know much English, except for I’m sorry and will get back with you. After 6 weeks of trying to explain this, I got frustrated and told them to keep my $212!! Rip off artists...
