"I would rate the property of three star. It could be better. The one thing I didn’t notice on my first Barr bill when I walked in as they automatically give you on the bill at 18% tip, but you don’t realize drinks are pretty expensive all over Key West but when you have $100 bill you don’t know there’s 18% included than you tip on top of that I think they should say something but they don’t so that was a problem for me. The rooms are clean but they could use a makeover and I also was told by $50 per night charge was included when it wasn’t so when I checked out, I had an extra $200 bill for Hotel fees, but we don’t know what Hotel fees are"
