"Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The bathroom was in poor condition. The sink was clogged, and the shower was very outdated. There were rusty screws sticking up from the shower floor, which felt unsafe and should be repaired. Overall, the room was much more expensive than what the condition justified. For the price we paid for one night, I expected a much better-maintained room."

"There were ants in the room. Just a few to start but then we had a late night pizza and next morning pizza was invaded and all over the place. The staff was friendly and helpful. I asked if she could have some respect and move a little further away from me, but she ignored me and laughed like I was joking. I found it very rude and annoying! The manager got mad at me like I was at fault! They should train their staff to mop the floors where there are no people standing! The room was clean, but...

"Great boutique hotel close to every thing. Very impressed with the king suite it was so large and overlooked the pool. Nicely updated. Air conditioning was ice cold worked very well. Great happy hour with wine cheese and crackers. The girl at the front office goes out of her way to make sure you have a great time. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back. Was also able to park our car in the secured lot."

"We arrived late after traveling for 12 hours and the desk clerk wasn't very helpful. After we found our room I couldn't locate an ice machine, which surprised me for the price of the room. I was under the impression that breakfast was included based on what the website said, but we were told that it was not. It would have been most helpful to receive a map of the hotel since we were unfamiliar with this hotel. But I couldn't find one. What I thought would be good value for 1 night of rest, was...

"For an older hotel the Pegasus didn't disappoint. If your looking for quiet this is not the place. Willy t's parties till the wee hours of the night. The Pegasus is great for being centrally located for all the happening in key west. Great spot for a night or 2."
