"We had to rooms across the street at a home they own. We were only there for 1 night. Everything was great except maybe the very thin windows. It is an old house and I don’t think there is much they can do to make it better. The noise inside was like you had a window open all night. "We stayed in the Hemingway house which is a free standing structure but public walkways are right outside so for privacy, the blinds need to stay shut which makes it dark.We enjoyed the pool. Pool towels were available in the office. There was no place to hang extra wet clothes or towels in the unit so we hung them on the porch railing. Be aware that access to the bathroom is through the bedroom, if anyone is sleeping on the pull out couch. Parking was fine in March-April, we could always find a...

"The breakfast is a nice treat. The pool and hot tub area were clean and very much appreciated after walking the town. The only thing I could say needs improvement is the front steps are very steep and the railing is low. The rest was beautiful."

"The resort was so nice and perfect for our family of 5. We were in walking distance of restaurants and a small grocery store that has amazing breakfast. The lady that works the day shift ( I believe her name was Matilda) was so helpful and also helped us schedule a golf cart and an excursion making it super easy for us. "Beautiful grounds tucked in being the inn with flowers and lush foliage. Quiet areas to sit together or apart. Room was clean and spacious with a private balcony. This is a hot walking area. You really don't need a car. What isn't in walking distance you can Uber. Don't get a car."

"This property had a great location for visiting Duval St. The staff was friendly and helpful. A couple of things was the room safe was locked and they said they would fix it and it did not get done. The room was very nice with good basic furniture but had a musty smell."
