"We stayed at Margaritaville Beach House Key West for three nights and had a mix of positives and challenges. The staff was welcoming, the restaurant was good, and the shuttle service to Old Town made getting around easy. Unfortunately, we did not have hot water during our stay, which was disappointing. "The food was great at the Stoned Crab. The beach was tiny, the rooms were clean, but dated and furnished with cheap furniture. The bathroom was tiny and needed repaired. It was 3 mikes from Duval street and right beside the highway."

"Shuttle times are extremely accurate. Beautfil place with friendly staff. Only wish checkout time was a bit later. Elevators were out our entire stay. We were on third floor. The staff did offer to help carry our luggage up."

"The property is nothing like depicted on Expedia or any other travel site. It is misleading. The facilities are less than average. Everything is old and falling apart. The bathroom we had clearly hasn’t been updated in decades. While the room was an acceptable size, the wardrobe was small, very old and had doors that didn’t close. The pool is small, dingy and dirty. The provided breakfast was disappointing. The location is a 15 minute walk from Duval Street which is the main drag of the area....
