"Parking was a definite issue at night. Room a little musty. The tv didn’t work so we had to pack up and get another room. It was ok for the one night we needed but will not return"

"If you are going for a short trip and do not need a lot of space, this is great. My daughter and I came in to town for a show and this was easy to get to from the train. Close to the show as well. Will stay here again."

"The room was small and had the bare necessities. However, at checking, I was told they charge $20 'amenities type' fee. Having no recourse, I paid. When using the sin & tub, the water had to run for over 20 minutes before there was som warm/hot water. The water fluctuated in temp while using it, so that was less than pleasant. "

"Not only was the room still not ready after 5 but Vicctorjia was unhelpful. She was to busy checking in other people and kept telling us they were checking on our room. We told her we had plans but it was none of her concern. When we said we wanted a manager all of a sudden our room was ready. The room was ok except for the squeaky bathroom door ( that was loud enough to wake the other person in the room). When we fell asleep the fire alarm went off with no instructions. I would never stay...

"Excellent staff, the location is superb and the rooftop bar was very nice. The room was somewhat clean- bedding and bathroom, but the wall had something smeared on it- food I hope.. also our TV did not work as it said the “internet connection was weak” so maybe a loose connection? Overall it was good for the location but we will try a different one next time for the $250/night price point. "

"The bunkbeds are good and very clean. Only thing is that there is a communal shared bathroom with no sink located in the hallway. The sinks are in the room and the bathroom is down the hall. Not too much of a struggle but something to consider if you want more privacy."

"ac and heat dont work in room they have heaters and fans that dont do a damn thing. front desk mad cool but they stole a baggie from me i dropped when giving my id rooms are dirty there is ni parking they try to tell u after u book abiut a parking lot 35$ across street "

"The hotel is excellent. The staff is great! Not only was I checked in early, but I was given an upgrade to my room with an excellent view. I come to New York often and I definitely want to stay here again."

"Minimalistic and tidy place. Andy, Kevin and Wilber at the reception desk were helpful and friendly. Small room, with less space, but nicely decorated and practical. Hotel is located close to Times Square. No breakfast included. Enjoy!"

"Absolutely would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to NYC, convenient to subway also located an easy walk to Battery Park and Wall St. many places to eat and shop. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel was clean and the rooms were great. Only minor complaint was waiting for the elevator."
