"Cozy little hotel in Manhattan. Traveled with my husband to NYC and stayed in Little Charlie. This hotel gives you the impression that you’re staying in a cute European hotel. The room was cozy, very well kept, clean and with all the amenities. They served daily breakfast with delicious pastries and coffee. The room and the hotel was impeccably clean, look immaculate and smelled amazing. We had the most amazing time and definitely coming back!"

"This was a great place to stay. Rooms are small, but has to be expected, considering it’s New York City. But this was a great little boutique hotel in Chinatown and the location was excellent. The only thing I had an issue with was we had trouble getting hot water for showers. Other than that this place was amazing."

"We got the bunk bed room and loved it! The room is very small but the space is so well organized that it felt like plenty of room. The location is so ideal for Times Square and the theater district. We were able to walk to all of the shows we saw. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We Would totally stay there again!"

"My son and I were traveling and wanted two beds. In NYC that is difficult to find in a boutique hotel for a reasonable rate, but we found cute bunk bed options at Arlo online. The pictures were way better than the actual room. We didn't ever see the sun, we were facing other buildings with zero view. "The location is great and the room was perfectly fine. Unfortunately, the staff was rude and unhelpful, the hotel was not clean, the shower leaked, the AC was loud, the TV was broken, and in general I did not enjoy my stay at Hotel Henri."

"Although the staff ran into some technical difficulties with the credit card reader, and the elevators are a bit small and claustrophobic, the staff was clearly dedicated to helping their customers check in and have a relaxing stay. I'd recommend this hotel to travelers looking to stay on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, or looking to see a Broadway show and stay overnight in the city."

"Great location near Penn station. Easy to get around. The room was so incredibly tiny though. Hard to get between the table and the bed. No place to really put all our clothes. Felt very cramped. I should have paid more attention to the description and square footage. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was really clean. The view of the Empire State building was incredible."

"If you are excited to visit the Big Apple and just have a place to crash Yotel will be one. Expensive, but that's it a place to crash. The front desk people only know to give you the Keys other things they will go away and make a call, and if you request the manager to show up, he will a sneaky and tip toe fleet the site. Definitely a bed in Manhattan managed by NON-Hospitality professionals"

"This was an excellent stay! Anytime I’m going to New York, I will be staying here. The place is so clean, very secure (three locks on the door). The staff was consistently helpful. And the $10 coupon that they gave you for breakfast is quite substantive because the café has delicious food that will fit the budget. I had quiches that were $10, or sandwiches that were $10. Haven’t seen that kind of price in the upper west side in New York. I really enjoyed my stay."
