We loved our stay at the Residenza d’Epoca Borgo Albizi!! It was in the heart of Florence and uniquely set within a quiet protected sanctuary. We appreciated the low key AC and frig and the ice cold showers (preferred with 100F days). We would stay there again.

The room honestly looked like a beaten down version of the pictures shown online. What was not pictured when i booked was the stains on the walls and the black stuff in the showers. The walk up to the room was made out to be much more beautiful, but it was completely worn down and no longer in its prime of when those pictures were taken. definitely a place to sleep.. but there wasn’t much else to it. The customer service was LOVELY, very great people. And the towels played out were kind. But the room did not meet my expectations which was super unfortunate.

6/10 Medioker

Disukai: Kebersihan, staf & layanan
The room we were given was small but clean. The bathroom shower was a bit dated and could do with tidying up a bit. The communal stairs leading to the accommodation is poorly lit and I felt a little dangerous when negotiating the stairs. The air conditioning was a little temperamental, took a while to come on and when you needed to increase or reduce the air con strength, it wasn’t immediate. Great location to the sights though.
