"Loved this place, had the largest room with balcony overlooking the city and harbour, so sunset every afternoon was fabulous. Staff were great, room was great, location was great, breakfast was great - but a little disappointed in the dinner meals. They were ok, but not so great. "In fairness before I booked i knew it was 23 miles away from the center but didnt think it was that far...because of the winding roads ir takes about 30 to 35 mins each way to the center of town and the hotel doesnt have a shuttle service. Taxi driver from the airport became my driver the entire time there so it worked out! Staff was super friendly and the restaurant ( Bajo Banana) had some amazing sunsets and good food. "The property itself is fine within expectations the staff was friendly and helpful. The area is pretty remote though and if you fly in late, getting food is not an option, nor is getting transportation. But I was able to use Grab Food to get meals delivered to me. It's a good place if you're in for a short stay to do a day trip to Komodo."
