"Good location, right at the 7mi bridge. Very quiet at night. Lots of amenities on location - convenience store, restaurant, boat rentals, bicycles, plenty of free parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the kitchen was nice to have."

"Check in was easy and the man at the front desk was fantastic. However, the room was not clean. There were SEVERAL bugs crawling all over the wicker nightstand and onto the bed. There was hair all over the bathroom and shower floor. The bedroom floor was also not clean and filled with old clothing tags, water bottle caps, along with basic dirt, dust and grime. We vacated the property and stayed elsewhere."

"Everything was wonderful except for the fact that they let residential people of Key West use all they meant it is at the hotel for free. I was paying an extra $35 a day resort fee to use the amenities at the hotel. I had resident people come into the hotel and solicit me to use the restaurant rent their boats, etc. A few days I was unable to use a hot tub because there was teenage kids in the hot tub that lived in Key West. This place is a glorified 2-star motel with a predatory pricing model.We paid $300 per night only to be given a room with a depressing view of the parking lot—which, by the way, they charged us an additional $19 per day just to use.The "included breakfast" was an insult. There were no eggs, no bagels, and shockingly, no coffee. Instead, they served frozen sandwiches that looked like they were bought in bulk from a dollar store.Save your money and stay...
