"Stayed several times here...always 5 star. The only issue is please fix the ice machine. Get a big one and put a lock on it with a combination that you can give out so you can get ice at night after fishing...it's PIA to have to use a little bucket to get the ice. Other than that, great staff, answers questions, etc."

"We had a wonderful stay, breakfast is simple yet it tastes good, can make your own waffles 😊 Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is great if you are going to Everglades/ Biscayne/ Key West. Highly recommend anyone looking for a budget but good hotel!"

"I was very disappointed with my recent stay. My room key card didn’t work, and I had to go back to the front desk more than four times before maintenance was finally called to fix the door. Even after they worked on it, the key still didn’t work properly the next day. The amenities were disappointing as well. Neither of the ice machines had ice, and the pool was dirty and clearly not being maintained. I also noticed they now require a security deposit at check-in, which wasn’t the case during...

"Check-in was very disappointing. We arrived before the 3:00 p.m. check-in time and were told that if our room was cleaned early, we could check in sooner. On top of that, our room had already been changed from the one we originally booked, which was frustrating. We waited at the bar directly outside our room for over three hours. During that entire time, I never saw a maid or anyone cleaning our room. When I asked the front desk if the room was already clean and if we could go in, I was told no...
