"The room was clean, and the woman who checked me in was very kind and sweet. Unfortunately, checkout was a different experience. I was charged $30 for a late checkout until 1 p.m. and left around noon, but there was no flexibility even though the property seemed empty. The checkout staff was not very friendly, which left a disappointing final impression."

"The apartment was clean and the building is nice and new. I stayed here because it was central to everything 5 minute walk to brightline, 3 minute walk to my daughter’s apartment, very central. The clientele at this building was scary though, very ghetto and I’d not stay there again."

"Location and room itself (210) with a balcony overlooking the street was AMAZING! However, there are no blinds / drapes covering the balcony doors or the translucent front door so light shines through the night from the hallway and from the street. With a 6 am sunrise, it is super bright in the living room where the sofa queen is located. Texting with the host is pleasant, yet not helpful. There were no sheets / comforter for the queen sofa bed and the connection between texting the "host" and...
