"I have season tickets for the Jaguars. I stay up here every time the jags are in town. Never had an issue in all the years. I’ve had tickets and state of the Hyatt. I’ll be there in two weeks again thank you."

"What I liked about my room because it was literally on the beach walk out the room onto the beach. What I dislike was the stairs. Going up and down stairs with luggage is a hassle. They where the only dislike I had but all and all my stay was amazing"

"Nice hotel, the pool was clean and the staff were welcoming. Food is delicious and breakfast was varied. Our room was cleaned, however, my only complain would be the mattress in our room, The mattress was very uncomfortable. When I lay down, there was a noticeable deep dip in the middle of the mattress. The mattress definitely needs to be replaced or inspected. You do have to walk across the street to park the car for $28 or Valet for $40. Other than that our stay was pretty good!"

"Customer service was just okay. Front desk was blah. No one smiled or greeted you as you passed. Except Zak. Zak - was amazing. He drove the golf cart, took our bags...and whenever we saw him, he was happily chatting with guests."

"Good stay overall with a great view of the beach along with a short walk. Beds were more firm than our liking, water pressure left something to be desired, and hard water were the only negatives. Good stay and we will be back at some point."
