"great location, breakfast, pool, friendly staff. but room housekeeping needs help: bottles were empty-no hand soap, no body wash, dead large ant on windowsill - tried calling front desk and phone was always busy. Dog friendly - but saw 2 large dogs loudly barking at each other in the lobby and a small unleashed dog sitting at the table eating during breakfast - there needs to be rules for dogs. Not all people like dogs, some are allergic and some dont want hair on their seats."

"Loved the kickback buffet and drinks, Loved the buffet breakfast. Never disappoints! The only complaint I have is no individual room safes, This would be super helpful and convienient!"

"The first room was so smelly that was inhabitable, coach was disgusting with VERY visible stains (God know from what). We asked the front desk lady to change, she did so, but the next room was also not great, still smelly but we were tired, had a full day ahead of us, so we decided to stay and endure. I wish I had my money back, I got pictures, the rooms smelled terrible and the overall up-keep was not great. Staff was good and have not fault on this."

"Because of our late arrival and early departure, we didn't have much time to explore. The downside to the stay was my son having to kill a roach in the bathroom at 6 in the morning. I informed the clerk when turning in the keys and all I received was "I'll tell the manager". No compensation. We won't be staying here again."

"Location was great right across the street from the Destin nightlife. Older hotel remodeled. I could see they put a lot of money into landscaping with some beautiful plants but the only complaint was there was pieces of trash around the property. Around s are clean and pretty nice. We spend a lot of time in the pool area and it's pretty nice too but could be a little cleaner. The breakfast was the regular hotel stuff in the coffee was pretty darn good. All the employees were very nice."
