"Charged me five times for the room at check-in, after waiting at the counter at check-in time for 5 minutes. Elevator felt like final destination. TV had poor reception. Bed was comfortable but unstable."

"I visited the area the week of June 7th and the hotel was beautiful and beyond my expectations. From arrival time the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Everything was clean, spacious and very accommodating. We were there for the OWA water park and the hotel was walking distance with all the shops and attractions along the walk. "Very dirty room(a) had to change because first one smelled like rotten food. No breakfast was available. Swimming pool was disgustingly dirty and smelly. Would NEVER stay there again, and would advise folks to stay away."

The sheets and blanket and pillows were badly stained and had black little hair all over them. The bathroom had bugs. The lady above us stayed up all night screaming with big dogs.
