"I did not like that we bought food for our trip and got to the hotel late and put all our refrigerated food in the refigerator and all was wasted due to the fridge not working and was told I would be compensated for the food and was not. Besides that, all was good."

"Loved the laundry room. Did not like being there for 4 nights with no housekeeping.
Had to request towels every day for the room and clean the room myself.
Hotel offers breakfast but the staff did not keep the area clean for my liking. When I arrived social hour was going on, area not clean, counter was sticky. This is a turn off when you wake up to enjoy the breakfast.
Came across several people with dogs, But I can say I never smelled the dogs or had to take my allergy meds...

"We really enjoy this property! We've stayed 3 times so far and will definitely return for future stays. The area is beautiful and invokes relaxation, the accommodations are very comfortable and convenient and there are ample activities to engage in or you can just relax. Breakfast, which is included, never disappoints, the portions are very filling and delicious. I highly recommend.
On a side note, the cottages would benefit from a refresh to maintain their allure."
