"Like: Room size was good. Dislike: bathroom had only 1 towel hook. Closet space cramped. Hotel needs a service elevator. With 1 under repair for rooms above 26th floor, took too long to get one and easily crowded since the elevators were also used for staff and their trays/carts. Bathroom sliding door was hard to slide open and close."

"I had a really great stay here! One thing I really appreciated was the access to clean, cold filtered water—it honestly made such a difference. Being able to fill up my Owala before heading out for the day and again when I got back was probably my favorite part. It’s such a small thing, but it made everything so much more convenient. I also loved that the hotel had laundry machines available. That was super convenient and made my stay a lot easier. The vending machines were another nice touch too, especially for quick snacks and drinks without having to leave the property. The only downside for me was the parking. It’s $30 a day and first come, first serve, which was a little stressful at times. Overall, the amenities made my stay really comfortable, and I’d definitely consider staying here again."

"The room is quite worn down. Bathtub is old and not of full size. Lite continental breakfast at extra cost is good. They put a twin bed mattress between two double beds with only very small spaces between the mattress and double bed which make it very difficult to to get to the double bed. We have only 4 people. I think the twin mattress should have been removed before we occupy the room."

"The rooms were clean. The overall property shows typical island wear and tear. The buildings are situated in an interesting way.... But the amenities were nicer than I anticipated. "

"This hotel has strong smell of urine, very dirty. The staff is extremely rude, they don’t allow me to ask questions about wifi and even requested me to love out immediately around 2am, they said if I am not happy then I can move our immediately. Unbelievable, don’t go this hotel, it’s a hell! "
