"Great room. Booked a Mountain View room but did not get that unfortunately. Also the elevator took a very long time quite often. The off site parking was also quite far from the hotel and valet was kind of expensive"

"We had a wonderful stay we extended 3 more days. The staff were very helpful coming back to clean our room when we forgot to take the DND sign. The utensils were not complete in the room but when we request for it. They provided. There was construction at the time that made a lot of noise but we managed. The valet needs a good system that will flow nicely. I know the staff there did their best but maybe offering self parking will eliminate the crowd of cars. Overall, we will stay there again"
