"Room was clean, comfortable bed, pillows. Some of the walls in the bathroom were uneven. The door in the shower was loose and difficult to open you had to push hard. But over all very clean. In my first stay the drain in the shower was clogged. I waited till the next day texted the front desk, stated what happened and asked for a complimentary upgrade, and got a text immediately and was upgraded to a room with a terrace, too bad it was raining I was not able to enjoy it. "I spent one night with my 9yo son and highly recommend this property. It’s in the financial district just a few minutes walking from the Fulton St. subway station (various lines).
I am still dreaming about that bed!! It was a king and sooo comfortable and wonderful to sleep in.
I didnt get to use the espresso machine but it looked like the real deal.
Staff were friendly and helpful from the bellhops to front desk.

"This was THE WORST hotel I have stayed in.
1) I needed to put some items in the safe & I could not get it to work. I called the office about it and they sent up a maintenance person & he could not get it to properly work. So I could not use the safe at all.
2) I arrived on a very warm day in New York & the staff could not be bothered to turn on some AC before I got there. The room was 88.
