"There was nobody at the front desk to check us in. After a long day of traveling, we did not need to wait to get to our room. There was no housekeeping service even though we were staying 3 nights unless a special request was made. The tv did not work, and when we called for assistance nobody answered. There was no coffee at breakfast as well as waffle batter. Disappointing for the price we paid to stay there."

"Staff was nice. Rooms were OK. Bathroom: The shower situation is terrible. The curtains for the shower don’t go down to the floor. There’s little to no barrier between the shower and bathroom floor so the water just goes wherever. Disgusting. Beds/ living space: was OK. They don’t seem to clean the window areas which I thought was a little weird but hey that’s not terrible. There’s more but I’ll stop there. "

"Someone's leftover food was still in the refrigerator in my room. The room was small in the property definitely needed some love. I would not hang out outside of this hotel at night, it definitely have the feeling of a crack motel. Even in the office they had multiple signs up about the costs for replacing a room key card and charged me $50 for incidentals that they then refunded me only if I brought back in the exact receipt from where they charged me the $50 when I return the key card.
