"I love the location and the free shuttle. It takes you to the hospital but also to restaurants within an3 mile distance. Minor problem was the drain plug on the tub didn't work so you can't take baths."

"Get there and immediately the room felt off. After laying on the beds for a out 20 minutes to relax from our long drive, my daughter rolled over to find a dead bed bug under the pillow of the freshly made bed. We were able to go downstairs and checkout. I booked through Expedia so we will see how well the refund goes through."

"Very clean and seemed brand new. Everything was great. Breakfast is a bit pricey for what it is, but we will definitely stay there again. Loved the vinyl floor in the rooms instead of the usual old nasty carpet hotels have."

"This was a horrible experience for us. The heat was terrible in the lobby. We had a medical emergency due to the heat and had to leave by ambulance. We were told not to return after we left the hospital. We had already paid a higher price for this hotel stay for one night. Our deposit that we were quoted by phone doubled when we arrived. It was a nightmare."
