Additionally, the parking and navigation in and out of the facility were incredibly difficult and poorly managed. The staff's unprofessional attitude made an already bad experience even worse."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda Del Mar! From the moment we stepped onto the property, the warm breezes and relaxed vibe set the tone for the trip. The room was lovely and the ocean view was unparalleled. The pool, Mahi Mahi restaurant and private beach were absolutely lovely. We found it very family friendly and loved having access to a full kitchen and washer/dryer. We enjoyed many local restaurants and excursions which were a short distance from this beautiful property. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would absolutely return. If you are Looking for a little slice of paraiso, you’ve found the right place!"
