When I checked back on the reservation in March Expedia noted pool maintenance would be taking place the week we booked. I called Hilton 3 times to inquire which pool to ensure my kids would have a pool to swim in. Each time I called I was told they have no information on any pool maintenance. "Room smelled like smoke TV did not work properly. They collected $250 cash at check.in which we wete not informed of so had to pay $5 to get cash from ATM Checkout was held up for 15 min while they went to check room before they gave us our $250 back. Ridiculous process."

"The check in was great with no issues. The bed was a little harder than we like but it wasnt bad. We loved having the kitchenette and the couch to sit on inatead of just the bed and a chair. They were super accommodating to us with our pups , we traveled with our three dogs. "
