"Upon arrival the reception staff were very helpful, supported us with where to park which is a chargeable car park nearby. The room was not ready as we arrived early, we were expecting a call to confirm when it was ready, that didn’t come, and we eventually went to check back at reception at 5 and managed to get into our room at this time. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Great room facilities. The downside was the pool area and changing rooms both inside and out, these are not to 5*...

"Very nice villa courtyard experience. Friendly and helpful staff. In the Lapa residential area so doesn’t look like a hotel from the outside. Should warn that walking to and from is a bit of a steep hike. You will definitely get your steps in. Alternatively get a Bolt.
Rooms have decent wifi and air conditioning if opening windows isn’t enough. Quality breakfast which I believe is included if booking directly from their site.
Yoga studio right across the street."

"Lovely property! The apartment was clean, modern, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Our family needed two bedrooms and this was perfect. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The location is excellent — safe (right near the National Assembly), close to the tram and bus, not far from major sights, walking distance from lovely cafes, markets, and squares. The area has a local/residential feel."

"Paid for 3 people. Got a cot which was worse than our camping cot. And just above ground level. Horrible horrible bed option foe 3rd person. Miserable night sleep.
This is the not the fault of the front desk people who are quite lovely.
Bathroom was nice but toilet flusher sticks. Had to jiggle it to have water stop."
