"The lodge is beautiful in very peaceful area, it was very clean with everything we needed. We used it mainly for a base as we were traveling so only really slept there. The lodge is situated between 2 other properties and would benefit ( I’m my opinion) with blinds on all lower windows. The bed is very comfortable but a bit on the narrow side. "Warm welcome on arrival and a free upgrade o a lovely room. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our comfort and convenience. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff in the dining room very friendly and helpful. Had two meals in Chaplins restaurant and all 4 of us enjoyed our meals, again the staff member was friendly and helpful. We were a party of four and had two rooms and everyone was happy and enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for the upgrades much appreciated. Would...

There were obvious electrical problems in the hallways, as the overhead lights were not working, and there were lamps set up on little tables along the hallway. to provide light but were kind of pain to maneuver suitcases around. The place has potential but was not as grand...
