Hotel Best Western di Fort Carson

"When we arrived at the hotel, there was a sign on the door that there was not an elevator. When I asked to be placed on the 1st floor due to my illness they said they had no room available and that I had booked with Expedia, therefore I was placed on the second floor. My oxygen levels were very low and we had to leave our suit cases in the car and walk up to the room with our clothes for the next day and toiletries. I was very upset, and when I expressed my concern that why I was not informed...

"Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Check in staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Loved that they offered flavored cream cheese, not just plain. The only complaint was that we couldn’t check-in until late after 5 pm due to shortage of cleaning staff. We were also told we would receive a $25 credit and we never did."
