Front desk was great. Arrived late and he was great! Was dissatisfied-pinged in breakfast and that there was no carts available to move our holiday luggage. There was one at 1 am when we checked in, but in the morning another guest had it in their room. And was not polite about sharing.

The entire property seemed spotless. The room was so well maintained and thought out with a living area separated from the sleeping area by a door. Hot water was not a problem at all. The staff was so pleasant, and the complimentary, as you order, was wonderful. Will definitely return to this ...
