"A/C was loud, always kicking on and off, curtains will not fully close so light was always coming into the room, Staff was helpful, but was never found, you have to call the office number to get a hold of them because they are also managing and cleaning the Red Roof Inn. "Glad only stayed one night. Pics are deceiving. Bed sheets had holes in them. Tears in the chairs. No night stands. Bathroom door had holes in them. Will not stay there again. Not the hotels fault on this but.. Had a disturbance that had 3 cop cars show up in the parking lot to calm down a irrate woman."

Here we ran into one problem where the toilet in our room some kind of way went out, and they immediately fixed it and put us in a different room no hassle whatsoever very friendly staff in the property was well kept we enjoyed all of the amenities the pool, & breakfast."

I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better ."

"The room was clean and most of the staff was very nice. It was a little noisy but sometimes you just have that in a busy hotel on a holiday weekend. They charged an refundable $100 fee for incidentals. Haven't received my refund yet. Hopefully this week."

"Parking was spacious. All the Yorktown attractions were very close. The staff were attentive ."

"The fact I made it to the hotel before 10pm only to be told after I paid for the reservation that they were sold out. The front desk agent was outside lobby smoking weed with people who were out there braiding hair. She was so high she couldn’t focus. Then put me in the system as a no show. I was so livid. I had to go to another hotel in the middle of the night. That hotel is awful and the manager should be checking the property regularly at night!"
