"We really liked this hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. A few things I didn’t like. We had tiny little red ants in our room, mainly in the bathroom. No free WiFi and no complimentary water for the room. Traveling with two little kids made that a little challenging. Will we come back though? Yes, definitely. The resort had a lot of amenities for the kids. The workout room had everything we needed and more! Had most of our lunches from Sea Breeze restaurant and not once disappointed....

"Incompetent people up front. Before booking i was told it would be a 300 hold per usual. As we’re checking in we’re told it’s 700. Also valet parking is 62 bucks a night. Their “complimentary” breakfast isn’t complimentary. You have to order anything 23 bucks and under and they prioritize people who pay over the people that paid for the “comped” breakfast. Also was told when we checked in our room that was paid for was not ready so had to stay in a different room. It was clearly an older room...

"I've come here a handful of times, usually bringing my son for a late August trip. This visit was to celebrate his high school graduation, so earlier - end of May. I reserved an executive suite and was quite disappointed at how dated and worn the room was. It was depressing. The worst was a pillow had several long hairs on it, leaking tub faucet, a dead moth-type bug in the bathroom (it's Florida) and ants in the bathroom and bedroom.
