"The peoperty needs a remodel. I had 3 rooms and in every room the floor tiles were lifting, missind decor, paint splashes on walls. The employees were the best part, extremely nice and accomodating. I'm thankful it was only for 1 night or i would not have stayed there without switching rooms."

"Good budget hotel for overnight stay before/after a cruise. Rooms older but fine. Breakfast good continental. Reception efficient, all details covered. Shuttles from airport and to cruise port well organized and free. Pool area looked inviting but no time to use. Have used bar/restaurant before but as ours was late arrival and an event was on, we opted to buy cold beer from reception to drink in garden. Great basic hotel and will use again as needed."

"We stayed one night only before our cruise… we stayed there the night Spirit Airlines collapsed right there in Dania Beach… room and property were fine, was disappointed that this courtyard inn did not include a complimentary breakfast. I usually stay at courtyard when traveling and never been to one where the breakfast was not included."
