Hotel Best Western di Fort Lee - Paramus

"The staff were very helpful, friendly, and nice. I had some trouble getting the keys to open the door, possibly because the door batteries were low. The room had a stale smell, especially near the closet, and the chair could use a cleaning. The door leading outside slammed very loudly whenever people went through it, repeatedly waking me up. I didn’t get much sleep because of the noise."

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were also very helpful. Breakfast was very nice. The room was very comfortable. Would stay here again. Right next-door to a red lobster so if you’re tired and just want some dinner, it’s convenient."
