"The AC in my room was not working properly. Went down to the desk multiple times to ask if 68 was the lowest the air would go. They sent up a technician who said it would kick on in ten minutes and cool down. After waiting almost twenty minutes, the room did not cool down more. "The air con makes some noise if that bothers you , and the beds are just good not super . But the staff are really nice. The doormen are really nice and helpful . It’s a nice suite we had a delux king suite . For the money it’s a bit expensive because it’s old and they should buy mattress pads for the beds to make them more comfy . The pillows are great .
