"Parking was the only minor inconvenience. The garage the hotel recommends was full. Other than that, it was a great experience!"

"Excellent hotel, the staff are superb and the rooms are lovely (on the small side, but this is expected in New York). Location is ideal, I walked almost everywhere but there is a subway station nearby too. My only slight downside was the sauna needing to be requested to be turned on, but once you know this is the process it’s fine and it’s easy to message and request 20-30mins ahead of when you want to use it. I would definitely stay here again. "
