"We were locked out of our room when we returned after a long day in the city. We requested to reactive our keycard, that did not work. The front desk person tried their master key and that did not work. We were standing outside for nearly an hour while he tried to figure it out. He continued to say that someone was in our room (which there was not) and tried to move us to another room while all of our things were inside. This was unacceptable. "The room was very dirty and management refused to clean or change the room. This includes hair and yellow stain on the bed, bugs and spiders in the room, and a bathroom that has not been cleaned. We stayed for one night as we arrived late and was too tired to switch to a different place, but could not stay for any longer due to the condition of the room. This place is not sanitary and management is very rude."
