"The front desk staff was beyond courteous. I got there name in hopes they get recognition. Nicole,Chole, Anton, Kevin, Jackie. I had 3 small high energy boys and they were all so kind and helpful with getting them settled. We were there for the Thanksgiving Day Parade and Nicole and Chole help decide the clothes to wear being outdoors waiting for the parade to start. The room was very clean . "Beautiful skyline view"

"Everything was fine, except for one thing- the noise level in the room is TERRIBLE! Every time somebody used a bathroom or shower in the other rooms, it sounded like the whole plumbing was ripped out of the walls in my room. AC was very noisy as well, but the bathroom noise was the worst I’ve ever heard. I barely got 3 hours of sleep."

"Stayed here 3 nights in a shared bathroom room and I gotta say that everything was great and as advertised. Few things - The heater was behind my bed and at night my pillows were extremely hot since the heat penetrated the bedrest which was a bit uncomfortable but not a deal breaker. The absence of an elevator is rough specially with heavy luggage and a very narrow staircase, but once again we knew that so it was fine.
