"The location was excellent. The room was exactly as advertised - was starting to show its age but was perfectly suitable for us. Window AC - worked well. Breakfast not included so the coffee/tea & granola bars were a pleasant treat. My only criticism is the elevators were very slow. Overall we’d stay there again."

"Hotel was outdated. My room had pillows with stains and hair in the sink of bathroom. They wanted to charge $100 to check in 2 hours early. The bar closed early. Did the job but the westin gave me a better/ cleaner experience 2 years ago"

"Location is great! Walkable to Times Square, Broadway, the subway. The rooms (to be expected but we were still shocked) are TINY. We were there for five nights in a King room and had no place to store anything. Two women with a normal suitcase each, normal makeup and hair styling tools, and normal amount of things quickly made the small room overcrowded. The lighting was also not great, so getting ready each day was a challenge. The room was also hot. Like really, really hot. We kept the ac on...
