"This was my family's first time staying in the area for a concert at Metlife. After our terrific experience, we will stay here every time, not only for the convenience, but also for the friendly staff, clean rooms, and great breakfast after a late night. I do not understand the complaints about the shuttle system to Redd's to catch a bus to the stadium. Redd's runs a family friendly "tailgate" party which is a great way to start an event. Buses run often. We had no wait getting to Redd's and only a five minute wait after the sold out show. The drivers were friendly. Cost is $10 a person. I thought it added even more fun to the experience. Check in was simple. Instructions regarding the shuttle were well explained and staff was receptive to all questions despite a very busy hotel. Room was large and clean. Water pressure in the bathroom was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was extensive and regularly replenished. Yes, we paid a premium price- but I am ok with that based upon the convenience and services provided for concert/event go'ers- especially those traveling with children. "

"I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Awesome parking garage with free valet, pool is nice and clean, breakfast was great, service was friendly, and loved the bar. The rooms were comfortable and clean, loved the kitchen, and the hot water never ran out in the tub. Definitely would stay again. The neighborhood around us was a great area and the houses were all well taken care of. Theres a great downtown area juat a couole miles away and felt very safe the whole trip. Only about 5 miles from NY line and about 10 min from walmart etc. Awesome experience!"
