"This is a lovely boutique hotel in Beacon Hill. The staff was very kind and courteous, including going above and beyond to address an issue with my first room. The team’s attention to detail coupled with the lovely property and convenient location make this an excellent option in Boston. I"

"The bed was super comfortable and it had a nice big showerhead with good pressure. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative I have to say is that they put about $10 worth of chips, bottled water, cookies in the room and charge you $40 per day for it. It's not optional, the $40 charge isn't dependent on whether you use the "goodies" or not."

"Didnt like that i would have to go to the lobby to get coffee, a coffee machine in the room would be nice, i didnt like the trucks picking up the trash containers at 4 am, bathroom a little small but very nice and clean"

"The staff was helpful but the situation with the third party valet service was confusing and unclear. Room was nice, but there were loose fixtures, bulbs that were dead, and the fridge only runs for 2 hours at a time meaning drinks were warm by morning. Breakfast options are only okay and prices are high considering YNt entire menu is just different ways of preparing egg. Hotel was convenient for anyone going to a TD Garden event but overall it was a mixed bag."

"Very nice place. Sink didnt drain so they had to call maintenance and in the artist towers, the faucet is so close to the sink you can barely use it. Also on the last night even though the air was on 67 it stayed 74 in the room which made it hard to sleep"
