"It provides basic accommodation, which was all we required for an overnight stay, while walking the Great Glen Way. I would not choose the Ox for a longer stay, but the chalet was clean and reasonably well appointed and the staff were friendly."

We got in super late to our check in (basically in the middle of the night) and the staff was very understanding, even being so kind as to offer to refill our water bottles as we checked in. When we got to the room, it was clean, and quiet. The bathroom was perfect after a long day of travel, clean and with great water pressure in the shower and sink. "This was the last stop for our son a very long tour and we arrived at the hotel and and was so impressed by the views from the Bar and restaurant. Our bedroom was very large, comfortable and quiet. Do book dinner in the hotel restaurant as you will see beautiful views at night but also the food was excellent!"

"Pods were great and practical if tiny. The biggest challenge was the complete lack of storage space in the pod. Other pods we stayed at kept the space under the beds open for easy storage. These were completely closed, so the only space was the 1-2 feet between the beds. We had to climb over our backpacks to get to the door to go in or out."
