Would stay here again. The room was clean, the rooms were able to stay cold, which helped beat the heat, and parking was free and on site. Overall, excellent stay!

Staff is just not that great to interact with at all honestly. And there are homeless people sleeping in the parking lot and around the building.

The hotel doesn't have noise cancellation between each room and it's so loud in the morning. Besides, the room and blanket are super dirty so be aware check it when you walk in.

Room was clean and staff was so nice. For the price and one night it was great. AC was great and we slept well. I will say the beds are on a metal frame a little noisy if you toss and turn. I still would stay here again.

We had to call a number in order to check in and to get ice which was a little inconvenient but didn't have to wait long. For a newer hotel, it has not greatly maintained. Our bathroom ceiling looked as if it had been repaired (poorly repainted) and then had someone come check it while we were there stating there was a leak above us. Overall it wasn't a bad place to stay, a lot of eating and shopping options in the area. Also, it was not a long Uber ride to the Stockyards area. We would stay here again but hopefully it becomes a little better maintained than the current status.

It was ok since it was close to our destination, but it did not seem well kept. Our bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and people were screaming and cursing in the hallway with a big barking dog.

When we arrived and checked into the hotel, we were immediately concerned by the condition of the property. From the beginning, the hotel appeared very dirty and poorly maintained. There was a homeless man inside the building on the stairs, and there were several homeless individuals around the back of the property. As we went upstairs, there was urine all over the floors and on the doors, which was extremely unpleasant and unsanitary. When we finally entered our assigned room, we were shocked to find that someone was still inside the room along with all of their personal belongings. This was extremely concerning and made us feel very unsafe, as we were given a room that had clearly not been properly checked or prepared for our arrival. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness, safety, and room-assignment issues were completely unacceptable.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The room was a bit tight but ok for couple night stays. The common area was not a relaxing or inviting. Only cons was that the public microwave was disgusting and the outside trash was overflowing. Other than that place was clean and staff was friendly.

Rooms are very clean, plenty of parking. Rooms do get cold which was perfect for me but you can control the temp. Staff was nice and answered all questions I asked.

Dirty and bad smell rooms . I checked in and found a wet towel in the floor. Front desk does not inform you anything unless you ask for. No one even bother to tell me the password of the wi fi. I couldn’t sleep the first night due to fighting or argument . Need more attention from the managers
