"It was a quick stay after a cruise and before our flight. The front desk clerk was very helpful in her directions of where to catch the train to the downtown historic city. It was a reasonable walk to & from the train. The shuttle was prompt for the 5 minute ride to BOS. The room is spacious & clean and bed comfortable & clean. TV worked well."

"The staff and customer service exceeds any expectations by far. They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. The only issue was the random alarms that kept going off at weird hours disrupting rest and sleep. "
