"This hotel has what you need if you are flying out from Logan airport. A comfortable bed and clean room. Minimal to no amenities and the coffee maker in the room did not work."

"This was a great spot for airport bound travelers. It was comfortable and clean. It could use some updating but it worked well for us. The Shuttle to and from the airport is awesome. The restaurant was also a good spot for weary travelers. The food and staff were great!"

"This is an older building with a lot of charm. It's not slick or sleek, so if that's what you are looking for, don't stay here. The room was large and well stocked. The bathroom was quite modern. I love it here! It's not a chain hotel with a gym and a pool, keep that in mind. The food was excellent and the service wonderful."

"Joan is very friendly and helpful. She seeks to accommodate guests in whatever way she can. My room was quiet and had a private bathroom and shower. I was able to arrive quite late my first night, around 2am, and was left clear instructions on how to get in. Everything was clean and charming. Thanks Joan!"

"Asked to change from King to two queens. Told there was a pullout sofa. My husband had gotten ill so we needed two beds the pullout was awful. Tried putting mattress on floor. It was about two inches thick and lumpy. The extra sheets were clean, but scratchy . Proximity to airport meant it was noisy. The big plus was the inside restaurant. Great waitress and food."

"My experience was pretty bad. They were playing music till one in the morning. You could hear the base in my room.All night my tub would not drain when I took a shower and then a lady knocked on my door at nine o'clock to ask me if I drove a certain car and I did not.And I told them what I drove never again"

"Amazing ambience and elegant decor."

"Hotel was literally brand new and I loved how good everything smelled - new and clean. Staff was wonderful. Only issue was towels and sheets were so new that all the fuzzies came off on us. They need to be washed a bit more but smelled clean so we’ll take it! Parking is near a dispensary so that was not too great either…..but the hotel, worth ever penny!"

"The room we had was very spacious and comfortable. We didn’t do breakfast or anything. I will say the restaurant that is next to the hotel is very good. It’s calls UNO. There is a shopping center that you can walk to from the hotel as well. Overall the area was great for what we were there for. If you are looking for scenery or city vibe this isn’t place for you. We went to the Wharf restaurant as well that was like 10mins from the hotel is good too. "

"This is one of our favorite places to stay anywhere in the US. Lovely inn! Each room has its own individual charm as no two rooms are alike. A bonus is the great continental breakfast! Make detours to Marblehead every time we come to Boston just so we can include a stay here."

"The room was nice, all of the staff were so friendly and kind. The breakfast selection was far better than one would expect (multiple waffle flavors? Who does that? Amazing) and the cleaning staff were phenomenal. 10/10 next time I'm in Salem I'm coming back"
