"Perfect location - right in the middle of the action yet tucked away and completely quiet with the windows closed, if desired. Breakfast was lovely and a nice way to start each day. "The lady at the front desk was lovely. It was great that they had a small elevator to get upstairs so we didn’t have to carry our luggage up. The soaker tub in the room was a plus, we used it to soak our legs after tons of walking in Rome. Convenient location being very close to the Colosseum. Shower was spacious and good water pressure. Bed was comfy. Complimentary water in the fridge was great. "

"Our first stay there a week prior was fantastic. This time it was in a room w plumbing issues, which ran all night and the drains did not drain in the morning. That room should have never been used until the plumbing was fixed."
