Room are on the smaller side, and they were not able to get out two room near each other or on the same floor, but that wasn't a big deal. "This was one of my favorite stays! I’ve been to other cities in Italy and Rome has become the best city so far and mostly because of the stay here! The staff are friendly, accommodating, and so welcoming. It was so convenient to get any requests or assistance with whatever was needed. "We arrived after midnight and the staff communicated in advance with us how to access our room since the reception was closed for the evening. They had the AC blowing, which on a hot Roman night was wonderful. Our breakfast was delivered every morning and was delicious. The hotel is centrally located and we walked to everything! The bed was comfortable and the room was large. The bathroom had all the amenities we needed. They also arranged a driver for pickup from the airport for us."

"Room was fantastic. The location is perfect, in city center but on a quiet street just a short walk away from restaurants and the colloseum. You can see roman ruins as soon as you walk out the door. The crypt within the hotel was also very cool. The option to have breakfast and appertivo there was so comvienent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. Also top notch AC."
