"Avoid staying here. They call it a suite setup but their amenities date back. Their toilets are stripped and mouldy. Cleaners do a good job at cleaning but they cant strip off and makeshift what needs renovating. The reception didn’t help provide us an alternative, as the options that their are to choose from are all dated, in bad condition and mouldy toilets. Avoid. They charge good price, but what you get is pretty awful."

"Wonderful hotel! From the moment we got there we were greeted warmly and felt welcome. We got the breakfast included option and were very pleased. The food was delicious. The location was great. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying at the Glam in Rome"

"Breakfast was very nice, with responsive and friendly staff. Our room was in another building behind the hotel on another street. We were on the 4th floor, thank goodness there was an old elevator! The AC was new, room was very small, and water pressure in the shower fluctuated a lot in the morning. Best to take a shower at night!"
