"The hotel staff was amazing and very efficient! I asked for a fan and the front desk lady said is your A/C not on? I said it was, but us crazy Americans like fans, she laughed and she brought up a fan for us within 5 minutes! We also received a bottle of Rose when we checked in. The beds were comfy and the bathroom clean and neat. I would stay here again!! The breakfast in the morning was also excellent and well stocked"

"We had a wonderful stay at Carnival Palace. We stayed for 9 nights in the red suite. The staff was extremely helpful in prepping for our stay and we felt right at home. While there they assisted with arranging excursions and promptly attended to all our requests from extra pillows, coffee, etc. In the morning we had a delightful breakfast and the staff did not dissapoint. "The hotel and the property were gorgeous. It was a beautiful respite from the crowds of Venice. Concierge was very helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the room didn’t work during our hot, two night stay. The lights flickered on and off frequently. The maintenance staff tried to fix the air conditioner after the first night with no success. The thermostat beeped incessantly all night after the attempted repair."
