"We were greeted by the owner Andreas as we arrived. He was the most gracious host and helped us check in seeemlessly. He not just gave us recommendations for the restaurants but also gave us a free bottle of his estates wine when he got to know that my wife liked wines. This was the best stay we had on our trip. "Many thanks to Frederico and staff for a wonderful stay at Casa Villa Gardenia! Everyone was so helpful with directions and recommendations. There is a grocery store nearby with reasonable prices and lovely pizzeria where we went for a lovely dinner. The breakfast served was very substantial. Clean rooms with modern bathroom. Great area, close to train to Venice. Would stay there again!"

"The hotel was more like a Hostel. Considering how much I paid and we couldn’t even have a hot shower. The toilet didn’t flush. There was mold in the shower. The bed was two twin size beds and I paid for a single bed. My husband’s back hurts from sleeping in such an uncomfortable bed. It was terrible. I do not recommend. "

"We loved the experience of staying at Casa Martini. It was a great spot, not far from the train station and close to the Grand Canal.
