"3rd floor studio no elevator. Be aware of that if you have good size luggage. No place to put them So the floor was used. Clean & modern studio. The bathroom could use shelves to place our products. The sink is extremely small. There’s no reception desk at this hotel."

"We had room 309, a lovely apartment with a bedroom and lounge that had a big sofa bed that converted into two single beds - perfect for my teenage children.
The kitchenette had everything we needed from a microwave and hob to a decent under the counter fridge/freezer. Plus a proper kettle and a nespresso machine. We just asked for more teabags in the middle of the week and that was fine.
The bathroom was just right for us and the whole place was spotless. The air conditioning and WiFi were...

"Great location for family travel in Paris 7th Arrondissement. Safe area, safe apartment (personal QR code to enter main door and apartment). Very close to Rue Cler, 15 mins walk to Eiffel Tower.
I love the decor and interior. Decent kitchen appliances and washing machine.
Would definitely stay here again.
The only downside is no Front Office staff, but they give you a Contact number. "

"This is not a hotel atmosphere or setting—it’s an old apartment building. I stayed there in June 2026. Before our arrival, we called to confirm that the property had central air conditioning, and we were told that it did. However, when we arrived, we found that there was only a swamp cooler blocking the stairs leading to an unbearably hot loft. They couldn’t even provide us with a fan for the loft.
