"Great location, very convenient for just about anything. Metro 10 is 15 mins walk, Metro line 8 is 5 min walk. Super quiet area, countless cafes and restaurants. Spa access is free, sauna and jacuzzi, but you must ask. Daily coffee and croissants are free, seltzer water, and some snacks for kids. Rooms are “Paris” size, but super super clean, fairly krene and up to date. If we did not pay premium because of a Roland Garros, I would give it 10/10, but went to see two matches, therefore happy. "Hotel des Arts Montmartre had the friendliest & most helpful staff of any hotel we stayed at during our time in Paris. Their level of service truly went above & beyond. One staff member (Nehemiah) actually hopped into our car to help us locate a nearby parking garage, & another kindly offered us breakfast items before the official breakfast service began (we had to race to catch an early morning airport transfer, & they even made sure to give us a small gift upon checking out). "BE AWARE - they DO NOT have adequate air conditioning for all rooms, yet will try and 'make it work'. If you're staying over the summer, get ready to argue with the staff about it. NOT FUN for what should be a nice vacation in Paris."

"There was food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest. There were two clean bath towels left each day, replacing two soiled ones. However on my third day one dirty towel was left behind and only one clean towel was left.No a/c on night 3 and my room had no functioning windows. The room became extremely warm. I had expected more since Expedia gave it a 9.4 rating."

"We had a love!y stay. Our room was well appointed and comfortable. The hotel is ideally located near the Lounge and the river. The hotel is undergoing renovation so there was some mess on our floor and we had to take a makeshift elevator up a floor in order to get the e!evator that went to the lobby. Inconvenient but certainly doable. Also, know that if breakfast isn't included with the room it will cost 30 euros per person. All that said, we would certainly recommend the Normandy."

"Location, location, location! We only stayed one night as we made our way to Normandy for 10 days but cancelled reservations on our way out of France at another hotel to stay here again! The Eiffel Tower is literally around the corner and the Seine is just on the other side of that. Rue Le Cler was delightful with so much to see and a real French life experience. Sitting in a cafe for breakfast and watching all the children heading to school and then the parents scurrying to work was a great...

"Korner Montmartre is a nicely renovated older building. Well located nearby Metro stations and Sacre-Coeur. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast option offered fruit, pastries, bread (gluten free too), cheese and cut meats. Plenty of good quality coffee. Good value."
