"The staff were very nice, the rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were small. Otherwise, the area is great, with lots of places to eat within distance of the hotel. The shuttle bus to the casino is a great bonus."

I sleep was constantly interrupted because of the noise and the guest above me making the noise were reported to the front desk numerous times. "Everything was great. The room was super clean, the bed was so comfy and the linens were cottony. The breakfast light but delicious. Close to the turnpike too. Would definitely stay again!"

"We arrived and the staff was polite. I asked for two extra pillows never recieved. The bathroom was still in repairs even though the room was sweept clean. The service that should have come in and taken the old towels, and the garbage atleast never did. They also advertised breakfast, no breakfast."

"The staff was amazing from the beginning. The rooms were good. Only problem was the TV there is no WiFi for the tv and they use an antenna so that was an issue with the storm. Having kids with me not being able to use the tv was no fun"

"Love the moody setting had a great time, bed very comfortable spacious room and nice views! Front desk very helpful and nice looking. Close to restaurants and not too far of a walk to the water. Def would stay again!"

"NOT RECOMMENDED. This was not what I thought of as an IHG hotel. Cleanliness was poor - even a large dry rotten peach/fruit pit was lying under desk. There were only 3 towels. The tv would not allow additional apps except Netflix and prime. The couch was supposed to function as both bed and couch.
